AquaGuard Engineered Coating™ Industrial Grade is a modified asphalt emulsion which is applied elastomeric cold product of two components . Both components are waterborne and applied using a delivery system specifically designed to room temperature creating a seamless monolithic membrane.

Industrial Grade is applied using a patented spray system which is creating a fast drying membrane is capable of adhering to most building materials in one application instantly. Because this product is applied cold so there are no risks related to toxic fumes, propane torches or other high temperature application systems. The product contains no harmful solvents or coal tar ; does not cause burns or skin irritation during normal use and those who apply are not required to use masks or use protective equipment.

This product was developed to address recurring problems encountered with conventional membrane systems such as modified epoxy , polyurethanos , asphalt coats and other expensive and short-lived products. It provides cost effective waterproofing and protection for water management projects including irrigation systems , holding tanks, sanitation systems and sanitary septic drainage for wastewater. AquaGuard coatings are also widely used for industrial waterproofing and anti-corrosion protection of foundations , underground tunnels and pipelines. In addition, the waterproof liner can be applied to surfaces such as vessels, holding tanks , canals, industrial ponds, metal roofs, concrete slabs , wooden surfaces, boats or any surface that is at risk of corrosive substances such as ultra violet rays, salt, saltpeter or high in acidity and alkaline substances.

AquaGuard Engineered Coating™ Universal Grade system is a highly modified elastomeric asphalt emulsion, cold applied, single component system that is applied by brush, roller, squeegee or trowel to build a thick rubber membrane on the processed surface.

It is used for total protection of metal, wood, concrete and composite surfaces. It has numerous applications such as corrosion and rust protection for most metals and waterproofing/concrete protection for foundations, walls, and roofing repairs.

Universal Grade is viable, cost effective and environmentally safe alternative to the alkyds, urethanes, vinyl and epoxy based coatings that are unsatisfactory due to V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compound) content. Aquaguard products consist of stable (no V.O.C.’s), non-toxic, odourless, non-flammable liquid components which do not present a storage or transportation hazard prior to, during, or following application.
